Instructions for adult swimming lessons
Welcome to swim with FitPit!
You may arrive at the swimming hall 10–15 minutes before your course begins. Enter the pool area only when your lesson starts. After swimming, please leave the facilities within 15 minutes.
Swimming courses and schools are held in private pool facilities, so there are no general public customers in the hall. However, another group’s lesson may be taking place in the pool area. Please be considerate of others and keep the pool area calm.
Please wash thoroughly with soap before and after swimming. Long hair should be tied back with a hair tie or covered with a swim cap.
Absences from swimming courses
For swimming courses and schools, individual absences do not need to be reported. A single absence can be made up with a separate compensation lesson. By filling compensation lessons form, you will receive instructions for booking a compensation lesson.

Each course always has a permanent instructor, but we are strict about both customers and instructors staying home to rest when they are unwell. Therefore, we ask for your understanding in cases of illness, as another member of our professional instructor team may substitute for the absent instructor.

Pack your swimsuit, towel, and swim goggles. Good swim goggles are an essential part of a successful swimming experience. You can also choose to wear a swim cap or bring other swimming equipment if you wish.

When you register for a swimming course on our online store, you will receive a confirmation of the course via email. The confirmation email will include the dates, times, and location of your swimming course.
Additionally, you will receive a separate introductory email closer to the course start date. This email will provide you with the necessary information for arriving at the swimming facility, such as any door codes if applicable.

Swimming courses last for 45-60 minutes. There are also training groups available that can range from 45-90 minutes in duration. You can find the duration of your swimming course in your booking confirmation.
The duration of the swimming course includes the time spent in the pool for swimming instruction and any potential briefings or feedback sessions.

Adult swimming schools are held in both shallow and deep pools, using the deep pool teaching method. You can check in the online store, when making a reservation, in which pool the swimming lessons will be held.

Photography in the pool area is allowed as long as you respect other swimmers and ensure that no one appears in your photos without their consent.
Please make sure that taking photos does not disturb the lesson and that you respect everyone's privacy.
Photography is strictly prohibited in locker rooms and shower areas.
