Payment methods and instructions for using webshop

Available payment options are displayed directly at checkout when purchasing a service

Please note, that the sports benefits are strictly for personal use. It is not possible to use it for buying a swimming course for your child.

In the online store, you can also choose to pay via invoice or installment options: OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto, or Walley.
Please review the terms and conditions for each payment option, as well as any applicable billing fees when selecting your payment method.
You can load Smartum/ePassi exercise benefit balance to your user account in the online store if you do not yet know which of our services you want to use the exercise benefit for or if, for example, you want to pay for lane rentals at the Kilo swimming hall.
Load the balance directly to your user account from here and choose Smartum or ePassi exercise benefit as the payment method.

Create an account to our webshop Enkora before using sports benefit credit.
When buying services with Edenred, make sure there's free space on the course you're planning to book.
Make a payment with your app/online to FitPit Oy. Send us a picture/screenshot of the payment to asiakaspalvelu@fitpit.fi. Use the message field to write us your name, ID number, and the class you're looking to join. You will get your ID number under “My account”once you've created an account on our online store.
We will add you to the course and send a separate booking confirmation to your email. If the sports benefit payment does not cover the value of the entire course, we will send an invoice for the excess part by e-mail.

Courses must always be paid in full at the time of registration unless you have selected one of the invoice or installment options provided in the online store.
Please, read our terms and conditions before booking a class.
If you're making a reservation for a child, please make sure to add the child's information to your own profile so the booking is completed under the correct name.
Please remember that exercise benefits are personal and cannot be used to pay for others.
