Instructions for pool renters
Welcome to your private swim session with FitPit
You may arrive at your reserved private session 10–15 minutes before the start of your swimming time. Please wash thoroughly with soap before and after your swim. After your session, 10–15 minutes are reserved for showering, using the sauna, and changing.
You will have exclusive use of the entire swimming pool for the duration of your booking. The changing rooms, sauna, showers, and lounge areas are also available during your reservation. You may also use the swimming equipment provided at the pool.
Please note that other customers from the previous or next reservation may be present in the changing rooms and shower areas during your booking.
The facility is supervised by a lifeguard.

You may arrive at your reserved private session 10–15 minutes before the start of your swimming time. After your session, 10–15 minutes are reserved for showering, using the sauna, and changing.
If you need more than 15 minutes for showering, please shorten your swimming time and leave the pool before the end of your reservation. This allows smooth transitions between reservations.

The reservation time for the swimming pool can be changed up to seven days before the start of the booking.
Please send an email to asiakaspalvelu@fitpit.fi, including the details of the original booking and the desired new reservation time. Our customer service will handle the change and send you a confirmation of the updated booking.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed and paid pool booking, you can do so up to seven days before the start of the reservation. If there are 1-7 days remaining before the reservation, a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental cost will apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via email to asiakaspalvelu@fitpit.fi.
Please note that a processing fee of 15€ will be charged for all cancellations, including those made within the cancellation period.

Upon arrival for your reserved swim session, you can check in with the lifeguard on duty.

Photography in the pool area is allowed as long as you respect other swimmers and ensure that no one appears in your photos without their consent.
Please make sure that taking photos does not disturb the lesson and that you respect everyone's privacy.
Photography is strictly prohibited in locker rooms and shower areas.

Instructions for Villa Sarfvik
When you book the swimming pool at Villa Sarfvik, you will have the entire pool for private use. Additionally, the men's and women's changing rooms, the shared sauna and shower, as well as the lounge areas, are available for you during your reservation. You may also use the swimming equipment provided at the pool.
Pool details
Pool length 13.5 meters, depth 120-160cm. Water temperature: +32°C.
Allowed number of people
You may bring up to 10 people for a private booking under one reservation price.
Parking and arrival
Parking near Villa Sarfvik is free of charge. You can park your car either on the side of the road or at a nearby parking lot. Upon arrival at Villa Sarfvik, please leave your shoes and outerwear in the upstairs lobby area. The pool area is located one floor below. Downstairs, you will find the men's and women's changing rooms. From the changing rooms, you can access the shared showers and sauna, which are located close to the pool.
Use of changing rooms
Villa Sarfvik has separate changing rooms for men and women. The shower and sauna areas are shared, meaning both men and women use the same facilities. For this reason, you are required to wear your swimsuit when entering the showers and sauna. Please make sure to maintain proper hygiene at all times.
Instructions for Valkea talo
When you book the swimming pool at Valkea Talon, you will have the entire children's pool for private use. Additionally, the men's and women's changing rooms are available for you during your reservation. You may also use the swimming equipment provided at the pool.
Pool details
The children's pool is divided into two sections: the shallow section has a depth of 0.45m and the deeper section has a depth of 0.90m. The total length of the pool is 12m, and the width is 5m. The water temperature is +32°C.

You may bring up to 10 people for a private booking under one reservation price.
Parking and arrival
Entrance to Valkea Talo is through the inner courtyard located in the center of the building, via Door C, marked with FitPit stickers. At Valkea Talo, an entry code is used for both the main entrance and the changing room doors. You will receive the code by email together with your booking confirmation.
Free parking is available in the lot next to the building in areas marked with FitPit signs
Use of changing rooms
Valkea Talo has separate changing rooms for men and women. There are showers and a sauna located next to the changing rooms.
Instructions for Kilo swimming hall
When you book the swimming pool at Kilo swimming hall, you will have private access to all four 25-meter swimming lanes. Additionally, the swimming hall's changing rooms, saunas, and lounge area are available for your use during your reservation. You can also use the available swimming equipment and music player.
The pool details
It is just under 25 meters in length, with a depth ranging from 150-220cm. The water temperature is between +27-28°C.
Allowed number of people
You can bring up to 20 people to swim with you on your private reservation, all for the price of one booking.
Parking and arrival
Free parking is available near Kilo swimming hall. The swimming hall door is open, so just step inside and leave your shoes in the entrance before heading to the pool area.
Changing rooms
Kilo swimming hall offers separate changing rooms for men and women. Showers and a sauna are also available in the changing rooms.
Available equipment
The pool offers a wide range of equipment for use, including fins, kickboards, swim boards, and pull buoys. Additionally, a music player is available at the pool.
