In adult swimming courses, you can train in freestyle or work on swimming techniques. You can join a FitPit swimming course without prior experience in technique training!

In adult swimming schools, the basics of swimming are taught at each participant’s own pace. Learn to swim as an adult or overcome fear of water in a supportive and encouraging environment. No previous swimming experience is required.

Private lessons are the fastest and most effective way to learn swimming skills or improve your swimming technique! Private swimming instruction is available for both adults and children, in Finnish and English. You can also book multiple private lessons at once directly through the online store.
Autumn break offers valid from 13th to 19th October 2025. The offer applies to private swimming lessons and lane rentals, as well as full pool rentals, available at Valkea Talo, Kilo swimming hall, and Villa Sarfvik. A limited number of services are available at the promotional price. Bookings can be made directly through the webshop.

The first swimming courses and schools of 2026, as well as baby and family swimming sessions, are now open for booking! The eight-session programs are held in private pools so you can focus peacefully on learning new skills.

New year, new goals — Swimming lessons for adults
In eight-session swimming courses, you will refine your swimming technique and explore different swimming styles in a supportive group environment.
In adult swimming schools, learning to swim as an adult is the focus. No previous swimming or water experience is required, making this the perfect place to get comfortable in the water and, for example, overcome a fear of water.

Swimming school is a fun and beneficial hobby for children
Start learning swimming skills by exploring the basics of swimming through play and enjoyment. Once swimming becomes easier, children can progress to practicing a variety of swimming techniques through different exercises — without forgetting the fun! Children’s swimming groups are suitable for those ready for more challenging exercises, with clear goals set and proper swimming techniques practiced. Please note that children’s swim schools are only available in Finnish.
Baby and Family swimming – a fun activity for the whole family
Children are introduced to the water and taught to enjoy being in the water through play and rhymes, at the child’s own pace. Baby and family swimming sessions include the child along with one or two parents, grandparents, godparents, or another trusted adult. Please note that instruction is conducted in Finnish.

You can bring 1–7 people to your reserved lane for the same single rental price, so feel free to invite friends along. In June, private swim lanes are available at the special price of just 19€ per one-hour session.

Villa Sarfvik is located in a peaceful natural setting on the border of Espoo and Kirkkonummi, just a 20-minute drive from Helsinki city center.
Villa Sarfvik is located in a peaceful natural setting on the border of Espoo and Kirkkonummi, just a 20-minute drive from Helsinki city center. The pool is 13,5 meters long, with a depth ranging from 120 to 160 cm, and best of all, it’s heated to +32°C. Separate dressing rooms are available for men and women, and the shower facilities and sauna are shared.

When you want to enjoy a peaceful swim, book the entire swimming pool for private use. Bring your family for a swim or gather your friends — up to 10 people can join a single session for one booking price. Lifeguard supervision is provided on-site.
